The purpose of the first meeting is to gather information about the problem that needs to be solved. We strive to approach projects comprehensively, beyond software development, and support the companies we collaborate with in designing solutions to existing problems. Therefore, the meeting will have more of an interview character regarding the "current state" of your company while we discuss ideas for a solution, and determine what should change after the project. On our part, we will focus on understanding the specifics of your company, processes, and ways of operation, as well as the goals we aim to achieve through project implementation. Towards the end of the onboarding process, we will provide you with all the information we have gathered for review.

The first meeting typically lasts no longer than an hour, and we conduct it online via Google Meet. In the next few meetings (depending on the complexity of the project) we will focus on a more "low-level", thorough discussion of specific functionalities or application capabilities that we would like to start with. At this stage, we will analyze the operation and user flow of the application in order to determine the scope of the MVP.

These meetings will be attended by the Project Manager who will be responsible for the implementation of the project. We believe that the process works better when our team is already acquainted with the project from the very beginning of cooperation.

The purpose of this stage will be to prepare materials for the team (Developers + Design), so we can prepare an estimation of costs and project implementation time.

We will prepare an estimation of costs and working hours for your project, after a thorough understanding of your goals and needs. Our project team will carefully analyze the gathered information to ensure an accurate estimate. Thanks to this, we will avoid unforeseen costs during the project. So far, we've never exceeded our cost estimates.

When our project team collects answers, we will prepare a more detailed project estimation - divided into individual steps required to implement the project. We will include in it all costs related to the implementation.

The last stage of the process is our presentation of the offer and hourly estimation. We work mainly in the Time & Materials model with a defined cost limit - you pay on a monthly basis for the time we actually work based on hourly reports. This way you can easily determine the maximum budgets on your side and you only incur costs related to working directly on your project.

After the process is completed and the offer is presented, we define terms for cooperation and send a contract draft for your analysis. You will always receive from us a set of documents and information that we have collected during the process.
